Bladder Control After Child Birth? - kegal for bladder prolaspe
I have an extremely embarrassing situation, I hope that someone was out there (or is) there. Their hard work, pushing for hours, but then ended with a healthy baby. I had a vaginal delivery and everything went well. 3 months after the birth of my son, I decided to try me, get in shape. As soon as I started running and jumping, I realized I could not control my bladder more. I had to carry a towel, while I worked. I spoke with my doctor and told me to do Kegel exercises, but there is a possibility that there is nothing better. He suggested surgery bladder! But he said he plans to have another child if they would not recommend it. I want more children but not for a few years. I have this problem until you have a child. If the bladder is full, I will lose when you sneeze or cough. I use a towel when I work out, but we say, I'm running somewhere and suddenly, I almost pee my pants. My son is now 8 months old and the situation Hasn9; tons better.
This is extremely imbarrasi ng and has disturbed me greatly. Has anyone had the experience himself, and if so, you've found something that works? Even if the surgery? Thanks to all who reply! I really appreciate!

I have the same thing, but it was only after my 3rd Child, a little pee when I laugh, cough, sneeze, almost everything that my body jars a little, I would say better, but is talking about the same and is 2 November, I wear panty liners all the time, I think ill until I'm exhausted.
My daughter is 2nd December this year and I still have the same problem. My doctor told me the same thing in these exercises ... But that does not help. We try to have another baby if you do not have to do the surgery now, but you can bet I do after the next! Good luck, I know your shame. I can be very good, and then go one minutes, and I'm afraid, sneezing, coughing, laughing ... anything that can cause pressure on the stomach.
