Anybody know what this pokemon toy is called? - pikachu toys

I have a small toy Pikachu in my possession. Perhaps 1 / 2 "tall permanently to 3 / 4 inches, and usually with one foot in the air and the other hidden behind his back like a hello. It also has some kanji and letters G, T, S, and in his back. I've been back for almost ten years and only recently. Well, for me it is a small mass shaped by nostalgia and beautiful, no matter what the condition, but if anyone knows the official name of the toy or if it is around one quarter of a machine or what, I ask myself.
